Where can I host my party?

You are responsible for choosing and securing the venue you would like to use. We have had clients use homes, country clubs, hotels and AirBNB’s.


How do I prepare the space prior to your arrival?

We ask that you move furniture (if needed) and floors be swept and clean. Any damage to the rental items may result in damage fees.

How do you clean the items between parties?

We take sanitation seriously. All items are disinfected and linens are laundered in a laundry sanitizer with a hot steam temperature setting after each use. All linens are ironed and steamed for a flawless, wrinkle free finish for each party


Are food and beverages allowed in the tents?

To avoid damages/stains to the tents, mattresses and linens, we request no food or beverages be consumed inside the tent. Any damages caused by food and beverages will be taken out of the damage deposit.

When is the payment due?

You will receive an invoice after you confirm your date and theme, requiring 50% be paid to secure your date, plus a $100 damage deposit. The final payment is due within 72 hours prior to the party date. The damage deposit will be refunded to the client within 48 hours following the collection of the equipment, if no items are damaged or missing.

Will you plan sleepover parties for teens and adults?

Absolutely! Whether it’s a girls night “in,” a celebration or gathering, we will work with you to plan the perfect party of your dreams, no matter what age!.

How much space will I need?

Each tee-pee tent is approximately 5.5 feet in length and 4 feet wide, each mattress is 75”x39.”. We will work with you to design the best configuration based on the size of your space.

What is your service area?

We service the Champaign-Urbana, Mahomet, Monticello and surrounding communities, including Bloomington-Normal and Decatur, IL. There may be a delivery fee added for some areas, based on the total mileage. Contact us for a price quote!

What if I have to cancel?

If you need to cancel your party for any reason, we will gladly work with you to reschedule your event for a different date. We do request at least 48 hours notice, prior to the scheduled delivery/set-up, although we are aware emergencies can arise.

Is there a minimum/maximum number to book?

All bookings must be for a minimum or 3 beds/set-ups and a maximum of 12 bed/set-ups. However, we are willing to work with you if you need a larger set-up of more than 12 set-ups and a discount may apply for larger parties. 1 guest is allowed per tent/mattress for safety reasons
